Refunds & Exchanges
On The Snap returns and exchanges are accepted if apparel has not been customized, worn, or used in any way within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges:
- The item can be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value
Refunds:
- The item can be returned for a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee
Any and all shipping costs for non-defective products will be the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued within 2-4 weeks of receiving the product at On The Snap. Items returned be in their original condition and will be inspected before an exchange or refund is issued.
