Exchanges
Thank you for choosing our apparel! We understand that sometimes items need to be exchanged. We offer a hassle-free return policy for any uncustomized, unworn, or unused apparel within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs.

Non-Defective Item
"If you need return a new, unused or unwanted product, you can do so within 14 days of receiving it. We offer either an exchange of equal or lesser value or a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Please note that any shipping costs for non-defective products will be the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be issued within 2-4 weeks of receiving the product back to us. Thank you for considering our return policy.

Defective Items
All defective product may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for either an exchange of equal or lesser value or a full refund with no restocking fee. Any and all shipping costs will be covered by On The Snap Apparel.

Custom Items
Due to the nature of the product. All customized items are not eligible for cancelation, returns or exchanges. Once the product has been approved and sent to production we are unable to cancel, exchange or refund.
